Aravot Daily asked member of the Executive Body of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation Artsvik Minasyan about My Step deputy Hovhannes Hovhannisyan’s questions of whether deputies solely lived off of their salaries. Until then, Artsvik Minasyan had asked a similar question of Minister of Education, Science, Culture, and Sport Arayik Harutyunyan. He asked Harutyunyan about who he was prior to the revolution and what financial means he used to receive his education.
Artsvik Minasyan responded that, as a state official, his declarations were always made public and anyone who wishes to can view them.
Aravot Daily asked Minasyan what he meant when he said something similar regarding Arayik Harutyunyan. Artsvik Minasyan responded, “I asked Arayik Harutyunyan a question and I expect an answer. If I do not receive an answer, then we can accept that he has none.”

Upon Aravot Daily’s observation that, if Minasyan knows something, he should say it outright, Artsvik Minasyan opened up a little. “We are waiting. I can make his response easier. I am particularly referring to his education in Syria. I believe that this question is worth answering.”
