On November 28, at 16:23 information was received by the operative duty officer of the National Crisis Management Center of MES of the Russian Federation that RA citizens Ashot K. (born in 1970) and Tigran T. (born in 1959) died because of the explosion occurred in the beer factory in Pyatigorsk town of Stavropol Krai of the Russian Federation.
