RTA in Noragavit district: the driver died on spot

On November 30, at 05:37 an emergency call was received to “911” service that a car accident had occurred near the former Traffic Police checkpoint in Noragavit district, Yerevan.

A fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Yerevan Rescue Department and the rescue squad of the Center for Carrying out Activities of Special Importance of the Rescue Forces Department (was returned out of necessity) of the Rescue Service of MES dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that “Mercedes” car (driver Hrachik Y. born in 1991) had crashed into the wall of the former Traffic Police checkpoint: the driver died on spot.

The rescuers disconnected the automotive battery and closed the gas valve of the car.
