On December 1, at 15:03 an emergency call was received to “911” service that wolves had killed sheep in the mountain near Martuni town of Gegharkunik Province.
The operative group from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of MES dispatched to the scene.
The information was transferred to the representatives of the Ministry of Environment and the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure located in the National Crisis Management Center of the Rescue Service of MES.
It turned out that on December 1, at about 05:30 wolves had killed 27 and damaged 13 sheep belonging to Ashot Kh in the land called ”Lusadzor”. 10 of the sheep had been lost.
