On December 2, the Chair of the Standing Committee on Science, Education, Culture, Diaspora, Youth and Sport of the National Assembly Mkhitar Hayrapetyan and the Deputy Chair of the Committee Hovhannes Hovhannisyan began their two-day working visit to the Republic of Finland.
During their visit meetings with state officials of different departments, higher educational institutions and schools are scheduled.
The Armenian parliamentarians visited the famous Maryland General School, then Helsinki University. They took a tour to the educational institutions, got acquainted with the peculiarities of the organization of education in Finland and held discussions with those responsible for the sphere.
Considering the development of the education sphere as a key cornerstone direction in the development of the state, the MPs launched to get acquainted with the Finnish educational system on the spot, one of the best in the world and introducing the best experience in Armenia.
