On December 19, at 10:53 information was received to “911” service that a citizen threatened to commit a suicide near the building of the Government.
The rescue squad of the Center for Carrying out activities of Special Importance of the Rescue Forces Department, the operative group and the instructor of psychological consultation of the Psychological Support Division of the National Crisis Management Center of the Rescue Service of MES dispatched to the scene.
The citizen (Soghomon Kh. born in 1988) injured his check with a sharp-edged tool, afterwards the rescuers and the policemen jointly prevented his further self-injury. Soghomon Kh. was conveyed to “Heratsi” N1 hospital complex, where the doctors assessed his health condition as satisfactory.
