Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has sent a congratulatory message to Sebastian Kurz on being appointed to the office of Federal Chancellor of the Republic of Austria.

“Please accept my heartfelt congratulations on your being appointed to the post of Federal Chancellor of the Republic of Austria.

I am confident that the vote of confidence you received from the friendly people of Austria will best serve to the implementation of your government’s goals.

I have kept fond recollections of our Vienna meeting in March last year. I hope that the friendly relations between our governments will expand during your tenure to the benefit of our two nations.
