By the decree of the RF President Vladimir Putin Hamlet Matevosyan, r/s General-Major, Rector of MES ”Crisis Management State Academy” SNCO was awarded with diploma for “Active participation in strengthening military and political integration of CSTO member states”.
By another decree of RF President Vladimir Putin Aghvan Sargsyan Head of the First Division of International Cooperation of the Emergency Policy Development and International Cooperation Department of MES was awarded with Medal for ”Strengthening collective security”.
On January 21 ES Minister Feliks Tsolakyan solemnly handed the diploma and medal to the employees.
