On January 23, at 22:38 an emergency call was received to 911 emergency call center that a car was burning near “Metropol” hotel on Mashtots Avenue of Yerevan.
Two fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squads of Yerevan Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of MES dispatched to the scene, one of them returned because of the elimination of the necessity.
It turned out that “Opel Astra G” car (driver Ruben A,) had crashed into the roadside barrier near “Metropol” hotel at 2/2 Mashtots Avenue. There were no casualties, a fire hadn’t broken out.
The rescuers disconnected the automotive battery of the car.
