Shots were fired at the Erebuni Plaza business center at 14:40 on January 23rd.

One of the witnesses of the incident, who was an employee at Ofra Cosmetics on the second floor, gave journalists several details about what happened. “We were able to see everything on the cameras. We saw that the shooter came to our floor, but we were closed. In the beginning, he came and aimed his gun at one of our pregnant employees. He went to the second floor and we saw him. He came and opened our door and went into the office of one of our employees. He took one of our male employees as a hostage. He demanded to see Viktor Soghomonyan. He wanted to go to Robert Kocharyan’s office.”

The witness said that they also noticed something several days ago.
