The advisor to the Minister of Defense, Armen Zaven Sargsyan, does not see war as the way to resolve the Artsakh conflict. He spoke about this during a briefing with journalists. “The issue can only be resolved in a peaceful manner. I do not see resolving the issue through war as an option,” Armen Sargsyan noted, adding that the conflict can only be resolved through negotiations.
Armen Sargsyan does not agree with criticism from the opposition that the Armenian authorities do not have a clear approach to how they intend on resolving the conflict. “Nikol Pashinyan is doing everything he needs to.”
