Earthquake hits 15 km south-east from Gazakh town, Republic of Azerbaijan

On February 1, at 07:58 local time (at 03:58 by GMT) the RA MES Seismic Protection Survey Seismological Network registered an earthquake at the northern latitude of 41.060 and eastern longitude of 45.400 geographic coordinates (15 km south-east from Gazakh town, Azerbaijan) with 2.5 magnitude and 10 km depth.

The tremor measured magnitude 3 at the epicenter area.

Earthquake hits was felt in Berd town and Parvakar village,Tavush Province.
