Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan held a consultative meeting to discuss the problems faced in the sphere of regular passenger transportations and possible solutions. The meeting participants dwelt on the operations and the problems associated with state and inter-regional transportations due to the poor state of vehicles in use, lack of timetables, irregular routes, inadequate condition in bus stations, etc.
During the discussion, various proposals were presented to solve these problems, taking into account a number of factors. As a result, several options for regulating the sphere of passenger transportations were highlighted by the meeting participants.
Prime Minister Pashinyan stressed the need for introducing clear-cut standards for services provided in this field and instructed those responsible to analyze in all detail the current situation in order to develop a roadmap for each of the options discussed and submit an accurate action plan.
