“The activities that are taking place in Armenia, essentially, are a result of the priorities that were expressed during the events of April-May 2018 and the subsequent elections,” Minister of Education, Science, Culture, and Sport Arayik Harutyunyan told journalists in a briefing regarding the upcoming referendum on April 5th for the offices of Constitutional Court President Hrayr Tovmasyan and the “old judges” on the Constitutional Court.
“The government that was formed as a result is working in accordance with that logic and in that spirit. The changes that are to be made with the referendum will resolve those problems,” Arayik Harutyunyan said.
