On February 20, at 04:46 an emergency call was received to Crisis management national center that two car were not able to continue the way because of black ice near Sotk mine on Sotk-Karvajar highway.
A fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of MES of RA dispatched to the scene.
It turned out that the trucks appeared side by side because of black ice, as a result traffic was blocked: about 50 cars appeared in a traffic jam.
The rescuers and RCM workers turned the truck using special equipment.
