“Hateful people are harming themselves first. People who are in an atmosphere of hatred and who spread that hatred elsewhere will contract many illnesses,” psychologist Irina Tsaturyan said at the Tesaket press club. According to her, any nation that has undergone a revolution tends to divide into two; the one side is in favor of something, and the other side is against it.
According to the psychologist, these people harm themselves and those around them first. “Hatred is a destructive emotion that can destroy people on some levels,” Irina Tsaturyan said. Tsaturyan also believes that people who spread insults and hate speech are “paid workers.”
“We cannot become a political society. We have remained in market relations. We have a country that needs to be cleaned out and developed. We need to ask ourselves where we are going,” she said.
Tsaturyan added that people who spread hatred the most are those who have internal or external problems.
