On March 5, the Secretary of the RA NA Prosperous Armenia Faction Arman Abovyan, the Faction members Naira Zohrabyan and Gevorg Petrosyan met with the representatives of the OSCE/ODIHR Delegation.
The judicial and legal reforms going on in Armenia were particularly touched upon.
The Armenian parliamentarians highly assessed the efforts of the structure for having effective judicial legal system in Armenia.
The MPs have highlighted the facr of having effective and functioning judicial system, on which depends the social and economic development of Armenia. The Faction is for depriving the system of the corrupted judges, however, according to the parliamentarians, the legislative initiative proposed by the government does not encourage the principle of professionalism. It was noted that having young people in the judicial system should not be at the price of destroying it.

The opposition MPs emphasized the increase of the number of the judges in the courts, talked about the overloading of the judges, underlining that as a result, the RA citizen had suffered.
The guests have noted that the delayed justice is the denied justice.
