A rapper and beatboxer from Gyumri, Albert Gevorgyan, is presenting himself in a new style with his new album, Wanderer. In an interview with Aravot Daily, the rapper, who already goes by the name WANDER in his performances, said that the album contains eight songs, one of which is called “Book.” This is a result of an Armenian-French collaboration.
Speaking about his new song, WANDER said that a young man from Gyumri who now lives in France named Ashot heard about him and offered that they collaborate. Then, Ashot came to Gyumri and they wrote the “Book” song together, which was recorded in the summer. The song is a rap in both Armenian and French.
WANDER said that it is possible for other collaborations to take place if Ashot visits Gyumri again.

WANDER, who rapped during the revolution and was considered to be a revolutionary rapper in Gyumri at the time, said that nothing changed in the logic of his songs until this point.
He added that every singer perfects their work over time. In response to the question about whether the political situation had any influence on his songs, he said that he was inspired by people who never spoke up in the past but have begun doing so. “I have always been honest and my songs have always come from the heart. I have also always been optimistic. And when I found that I have to write a song, I did it,” he said.
