On March 25, at 14:06 an emergency call was received to Crisis management national center that an explosion had occurred in a house in Lusakert village of Shirak province.
A fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of MES of RA dispatched to the scene.
It turned out that the explosion had occurred in the storage of a house in the 7th street, where the rescuers found the dead body of the resident Samvel I. (born in 1970).
As a result of the inspection an exploded gas cylinder was not found: a specialist of demining was needed.
