Today, on May 2, I had a meeting with President-elect of the Artsakh Republic Arayik Haroutyunyan.
We discussed a number of issues related to state-building, domestic and foreign policy and stressed the necessity maintain a stable dialogue in the political field and consolidated approach in the solution of national issues.
