On 26 May Artsakh Republic President Arayik Harutyunyan signed a range of decrees, according to which Grigory Martirosyan was appointed Artsakh Republic Minister of State, Lousine Gharakhanyan was appointed Artsakh Republic Minister of Education, Science and Culture, Aram Sargsyan was appointed Artsakh Republic Minister of Municipal Engineering.
On the same day the Head of the State approved the Government’s decisions, according to which Vladik Khachatryan was released from the position of director of the State Service of Emergency Situations upon his own request. Karen Sargsyan was appointed director of the State Service of Emergency Situations.
