We are discussing several scenarios and a decision will be reached regarding one of them tomorrow. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan spoke about this during a briefing after a meeting with the State of Emergency Comand when answering the question about how Armenia may be forced to go under lockdown and curfew if the number of coronavirus cases continues to rise. The highest number of cases was registered on Thursday, and if large numbers of cases continue to be confirmed, it may be possible for Armenians to witness the Prime Minister’s mentioned scenario.
“We discussed that, even as a result of those calculations, we can come to the conclusion that this will be a terrible economic burden and we will be forced to find another way. In any case, we are discussing several scenarios and we will come to a conclusion on one of them,” Nikol Pashinyan said.
