At June 15 sitting of the RA NA Standing Committee on Regional and Eurasian Integration Armen Pambukhchyan the draft law on Ratifying the Agreement on Pension Security of the Employees of the Eurasian Economic Union Member States.
As the RA Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Smbat Saiyan has presented, the Agreement was signed on 20 December 2019 in Saint Petersburg.
At present, the Agreement signed on 13 March 1992 on Guarantees of the Rights of the Citizens of CIS Member States on Pension Security functions between a number of CIS member states, according to which, the pension for work experience obtained on the territories of the territories of the members states appoints and pays the state of the citizen’s place of residence.
