EU NEIGHBOURS. Micro, small and medium-sized enterprises in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine may receive reimbursement of up to 50% of the cost of investment projects under the EU-supported FinancEast programme.
This may include leasing or loans to purchase agricultural machinery and equipment, as well as installation, construction or renovation of premises and other expenses.
The programme was developed within the ‘Support of the European Union for Eastern Ukraine’ project and the EU’s EU4Business initiative.
