The force that wins the elections takes over political responsibility in a professional government. It finds experts who carry out the duties that were explicitly formulated by the majority. If those experts do not carry out those duties, they are fired. By the way, professionals are provided with high salaries; it is not possible to mention the ‘dedicated’ ones in this case. Having a professional government, of course, contradicts the essence and spirit of the current Constitution. However, the new Constitution’s ‘fathers’ should think about that. Until then, I must say what I think ‘professional’ means. A professional is someone who considers their profession to be more important than political intrigue or pleasing anyone. A professional journalist, for example, places their work and equally reports about all events and opinions that they find worthy of reporting above their own personal and political beliefs.
