The construction of 300 sq m illegally attached to the block of flats being built in community-owned are at 19/7 Nork has been dismantled.
“The Municipality gave the “Vagharsh and Sons” LLC the permission for building the block of flats. The illegal construction was discovered in June-July. 2 administrative protocols were drawn up. After explanatory activities the illegal construction is to be dismantled and the area is to be brought in order”, said the deputy head of the department of Urban Development and Land Control Ruben Khojayan adding that developers can plan any construction only after getting appropriate permission.
