The propaganda spread by the authorities, as I understood, is the following: ‘We lost during the April War due to Serzh Sargsyan’s dishonesty and robbery, but we won during the July conflict in the Tavush region due to Nikol Pashinyan’s military genius.” On the other hand, the third president should not try to look for excuses and he especially should not discuss whom he gave awards to. Glory and honor to our soldiers and officers, they all should be rewarded. All of those discussions, in my opinion, are dangerous for two reasons: 1) Our military opponent sees them and 2) To put it mildly, they are not encouraging for our soldiers.
