As we mentioned earlier, the “Kamk” (Will) NGO held a protest in front of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture, and Sport demanding the resignation of Minister Arayik Harutynyan.
Police forces were stationed outside of the ministry. They were following and fining protesters who were not wearing masks. Approximately 40 fines were administered over the course of one hour.
Then, the police took a member of Kamk, Artur Aleksanyan, into custody for not following one of their legal orders.
