If Minister of Health Arsen Torosyan begins to criticize Pashinyan after he resigns (as far as whether or not that will happen, I believe that it is only a matter of time), people will say that he ruined the entire sector and, especially, the fight against the coronavirus. Perhaps he is also someone who takes bribes or is Serzh Sargsyan’s secret godson. But if Torosyan doesn’t say anything, then no substantial reason will be provided for his dismissal.
When they say that so-and-so was working well, but life moves on and new people are needed who will correspond to modern demands, it is not any different from the communists’ “health problems” reasoning. As far as which newspaper’s information is close to reality and which one’s is simply made up, I have no idea as I do not have “sources” in the government or National Security Service. However, I believe that the NSS in particular must deny information that it violated the Constitution, read the minister’s private messages, and informed the Prime Minister about it. Of course, if that didn’t happen to begin with. But I consider an argument between the Prime Minister and the minister to be possible, and I do not see anything strange about that.
