Who is going to measure the judges’ revolutionary beliefs?

If one of the main requirements of being a Constitutional Court judge in particular is how much passion the individual used to fight against the former regime, then only one person should be working in our country’s highest court: Vahe Grigoryan. But a question arises: who will be the one to determine how well an individual stayed loyal to the values of the revolution? My Step? But in theory, it is possible that the parliamentary majority will make a mistake; the individual will not have been revolutionary enough and they will appoint a judge who does not express the wishes of the people. As an auxiliary mechanism, I suggest the following: hold a referendum in cases of disputed verdicts, and if the judge has made a decision that does not express the will of the people, then the majority of the parliament that has appointed the “wrong judge” needs to resign from their positions and be removed from public office.
