Who are ‘we?’

Kocharyan’s following statement is interesting. “In terms of the expert community, in terms of intellectuals who are able to analyze situations, speak, give interviews, make comparisons, and make analyses, that is, to create meaningful, interesting content, we are the ones who undoubtedly prevail.” A natural question arises- who are “we?” If Kocharyan means that the opportunities for analyzing, expressing opinions, and giving interviews are much bigger now than during his years in office, where everything on television was controlled by the presidential office, then he is, of course, correct. But if the former president believes that the majority of analysts, experts, and intellectuals are his supporters, then he is seriously mistaken. Being part of the opposition or being critical of the authorities does not at all mean that the second president is the pole around which people with those opinions unite. Even more, I believe if those critics and opposition members were given a choice between Pashinyan or Kocharyan, the vast majority of them would choose the current authorities without question.
