Armenians wanting to go to Russia rallied with their car signals on as an act of protest against the Armenian government. They are unable to go to Russia due to the fact that borders are closed because of the coronavirus. They honked their car horns as they drove through the central streets of Yerevan, including Tigran Mets Street, Mashtots Avenue, and Grigor Lusavorich Street. Their final stop was the government building.
Over a thousand citizens are carrying out protests against the government in front of the government and parliament buildings. They are demanding that the government negotiate with the Russian and Georgian authorities to open the borders. These people came to Armenia before the state of emergency was declared and are unable to leave.

According to the protesters, they have been separated from their families for six months. They are unable to provide for themselves. Some of them have businesses, loans, and schoolchildren, but they are unable to go to Russia.
The protesters also said that their issue has not been given any legal response or solution.
