“Citizens of other countries who do not wish to quarantine for 14 days are able to take a coronavirus test right at the airport. They will receive the results of the test within one day. If the results are negative, that individual will not be required to quarantine,” Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said during a session of government, noting that the government has made changes to the conditions of the quarantine regime.
Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan added that there are no barriers to foreign citizens entering Armenia via air. “There are currently 20 sampling points at the airport. Those citizens who wish to provide samples for testing will have the opportunity to do so.”
