“In my opinion, Armenia can be the most developed and most organized country in this region. The potential exists. In any case, I have seen it,” second President of Armenia Robert Kocharyan said during a meeting with young people as part of the “Victorious” Initiative’s camp. Speaking about the conditions of Georgia and Azerbaijan from 1992-1995, Robert Kocharyan said that Armenia was definitely the most organized country despite being blockaded and its many other problems.
“The World Bank was disseminating our experience in a number of areas. Our specialists went to different countries- even in Eastern Europe- to organize seminars on our successes in different fields. This has not been the case for a long time. Now, people from those countries are coming here to teach us,” Robert Kocharyan said, expressing confidence that Armenia can be the best in the region in all respects.
“We do not have oil or gas. Our economy that is based on organization and knowledge needs to be our future,” Robert Kocharyan said.
