On 27 September Artsakh Republic President Arayik Harutyunyan signed a decree on announcing general mobilization in the entire territory of the Republic of Artsakh.

According to the decree, the state and local self-government bodies of the Republic of Artsakh have been instructed to ensure the implementation of mobilization tasks and measures within their competence.
