EU NEIGHBOURS. On 29 September, European Council President Charles Michel shared details about the European Council’s special meeting, scheduled for 1-2 October 2020.
Mr. Michel said the meeting will “primarily focus on Europe’s place in the world and our capacity to shape our own destiny”.
Among other important topics, the meeting will also discuss the current situation in Belarus and the Nagorno–Karabakh escalation.
