During a briefing at the Artsakh InfoCenter, the spokesperson of the President of Artsakh, Vahram Poghosyan, said, “I also want to present more important information from our analysis, which can be considered a war crime according to international laws. Please pay attention to this statement. Almost every Azerbaijani soldier whose body is on Armenian territory had needles in their pockets. This is proof that Azerbaijan sends its soldiers to war while drugged. Of course, this is a war crime.”
