Vladimir Hovsepyan permanently moved from Armenia to Artsakh in 1990. He is a teacher by profession, but he works in agriculture in Artsakh.
He has been staying in a shelter since last Sunday. According to him, there is no panic, but he misses his garden and work. “They treat us very well here. Armenians from all over the world sent us so much aid that we don’t know what to do with it. We don’t need any food. The shelter is safe.”

Mr. Vladimir believes that everything is going to be fine, and he will soon return to his regular work. “We’re going to stay here until this passes, and then we will return to our daily lives.”
