Our homeland, Armenia and the Republic of Artsakh, is under attack. On September 27, 2020, Turkey-backed Azerbaijani forces started a war against Armenia violating the UN cease fire agreement in the midst of this COVID-19 pandemic. We all have an urgent duty to help our fellow Armenians. Brave Armenian men and women are fighting to keep our lands, unfortunately at the cost of their very lives. Many civilians have been displaced, homes are being destroyed, but let us not lose hope.
As Julius Caesar once said “When these people, these Armenians, grab each other’s hands, and shoulder to shoulder tread the earth under the sound of their drums and apricot instruments, more probable that the columns of my palace will be collapsed than one can stop them.”
Ararat Foundation has connected with Armenian officials and medical authorities. They have shared exactly how we can help. Our fundraiser will aid in the war relief effort by providing medical assistance, treatments, rehabilitation, and supplies for wounded soldiers and civilians.
