Mr President,
Dear friend and friend of the Armenian people,
The last few days have been filled with pain and concern for all the Armenian people. The Armenian people are once again threatened, as in 1915, and forced to fight for their survival. The people are bravely defending their positions but there are many victims.
I’m addressing you once again because you are a man and a leader who is not afraid to speak the truth and who put human values first. You have proved this to us throughout your mandate. In your speeches you reminded Armenians and the world that Armenia was not alone against its executioners. You have courageously denounced the hypocrisy and cynicism of the Turkish government and its complicity in the crimes of Baku. The use of Syrian jihadists as cannon flesh in this conflict reveals once again the perversity of these governments and poses a terrorist threat that the Turkish government brings to the gates of Europe and Russia. Baku is targeting civilians and journalists, using prohibited cluster munitions, violating all norms of international law.
Your support and that of the French people is essential to us. I ask you to act to help our people by recognizing the Republic of Artsakh as a sovereign country enjoying the same international law as its peers, to economically sanction Azerbaijan and Turkey for their crimes and to press the United Nations to place a force of peace on the contact line.
I believe in you because I have never disappointed me and I hope with all my heart that the humanistic and democratic values we share will triumph over these obscene dictatorships which are motivated only by greed and thirst for power. Armenia is a bastion of civilization that must be defended.

Dear Mr. President, Dear Friend, I believe in Armenian people,
The last few days were full of pain and deep concern for the whole Armenian nation. Armenian people are in danger again, and, like in 1915, today they have to fight for their existence. Armenian positioners brave the borders of the country, but the battles hot, and many victims.
I once again appeal to you as a person and leader who is not afraid to tell the truth and for which human values are prevailing. You have proven this throughout your leadership. In your latest speeches, you reminded Armenians and the world once again. that Armenia is not alone against those skirts. You boldly condemned Turkey’s fraud and cynicism and its guilt in Baku’s crimes. During this conflict, the involvement of Syrian jihadists, hire-terrorists once again shows the unbarous manuscript of these governments and threatens terrorist threats that Turkey has been threatened reaches Europe and Russia’s strikes. Baku targets civilians and journalists using prohibited ammunition, violating all principles of international law.
The support of you and the French people is very important to us. Please take active steps for the sake of our people’s salvation – recognizing Artsakh as a sovereign state that will be able to take advantage of international law, please impose economic sanctions against Azerbaijan and Turkey for their crimes for, as well as pressure on the UN to put peace mechanism in the region.
I believe in you and your principle, I hope that our humanitarian and democratic values will win against violence and style, whose driving force is greed and thirst for power. Armenia is the fortress of civilization that must be protected.

Mister President,
Dear friend and a friend of the Armenian people,
The past few days have been filled with pain and concern for all Armenian people. The Armenian nation is once again threatened, as in 1915, and forced to fight for its survival. The population defends its positions with great courage, but the victims are numerous.
I turn to you once again because you are a man and a leader who is not afraid to speak the truth and who puts human values at the forefront. You have proven that to us throughout your mandate. In your speeches you reminded Armenians and the world that Armenia is not alone in the face of its tormentors. You have courageously denounced the hypocrisy and cynicism of Turkey and its complicity in the crimes of Baku. The use of Syrian jihadists in this conflict once again reveals the perversity of these governments and represents a terrorist threat that Turkey is bringing to the gates of Europe and Russia. Baku indiscriminately targets civilians and journalists, using banned cluster ammunition, violating all standards of international law.
Your support and that of the French people is essential to us. I call on you to act and save our people by recognizing the Republic of Artsakh as a sovereign country protected by the same international law as its peers, to economically sanction Azerbaijan and Turkey for their crimes and to put pressure on the UN to bring peace to the region.
I believe in you and I hope with all my heart that our humanist and democratic values will triumph in the face of these obscene dictatorships which are only motivated by greed and thirst for power. Armenia is a bastion of civilization that must be defended.
