“His sister was also a student at the university. They come from a modest and well-mannered family. I can’t stop thinking about Elfik coming to my office and bidding me farewell. He came here before going to the army to say goodbye. I told him, ‘May God be with you, I will greet you with a big smile in two years.’ He was supposed to finish his service on January 29th,” the dean said in sorrow.
