Arayik Harutyunyan, the President of Artsakh, convened an extended work meeting to discuss the coordination of the work of the state governing bodies during wartime. The leader of the country noted that it is necessary to work more closely and more cooperatively in order to give operational solutions to the problems caused by the war launched by Azerbaijan in various spheres of state and regional governance. According to the President, considering the limited opportunities of the economy for providing services during wartime, the problems of the civilian population should be prioritized and solved, using state and charity resources.
When discussing the buildings and facilities damaged by the shelling, Arayik Harutyunyan noted that a Committee for damage assessment will soon be set up. After the end of the military operations, state compensation will be provided for the restoration of the damaged buildings and facilities based on the Committee’s professional evaluation.
