The sitting of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (PABSEC) took place today, representatives of Russia, Albania, Bulgaria, Georgia, Ukraine, as well as Turkey and Azerbaijan attended. Despite the fact that the main direction of the organization is economic policy, it was impossible not to refer to the Karabakh conflict, the position of the aggressor of Turkey and Azerbaijan in the region.
My speech became the reason of debate between me and PABSEC Secretary General, Azerbaijani MP Asaf Hajiev and Azerbaijani delegation member Elshad Mirbashiroglu, who did not hide the fact that Azerbaijan started the war.
