“If Azerbaijan does not prove its willingness to resolve the conflict peacefully in the next 1-2 days, I will first appeal to the Armenian government to recognize Artsakh’s independence, then to international organizations and all the countries of the world,” President of Artsakh Arayik Harutyunyan said during a briefing with journalists.
“Of course, here we will see the list of countries that respect human rights, international law, and people’s right to self-determination. The world will see the list of countries that support terrorism. The countries that support Azerbaijan support international terrorism. They need to be called out, and their citizens need to be aware of their governments’ behavior,” Arayik Harutyunyan said.
