The hospital in Martakert was shelled on October 14th.
Doctor Gevorg Tadevosyan, whose roots hail from Martakert, returned to Martakert by car when he heard about the war.
As a result of the shelling, cars parked by the hospital, including ambulances, were damaged. Gevorg Tadevosyan’s car was also damaged. The hospital buildings and the homes of doctors living near the hospital were also damaged.
Gevorg Tadevosyan said that three surgeries were taking place at the hospital when it was shelled. Ambulances were also bringing in wounded people. He said that Azerbaijan attacked with three planes. “There were doctors and injured people at the hospital when it was shelled. They attacked with rockets, and then they dropped bombs and attacked with shrapnels.”
