The Armenian United Infocenter published a photo of the car that was damaged in Karmir Shuka. The driver died.

Aravot Daily’s team visited the site. They had already removed the car.

Hrayr Harutyunyan, the dead 50-year-old driver Armen Karamyan’s cousin, said that Azerbaijan has been attacking the village every day for the past five days starting at 7 PM. Armen, knowing this, left his home and was on his way to a shelter.

“They started shelling again yesterday. I already knew that he was coming here from the nearby village. I called Armen’s brother, but he didn’t answer. Two hours later, I received a call from Yerevan where they told me what happened…” Hrayr said.

“He was 20 meter away from his home. He was on his way to a shelter because he knew they were going to start shelling. He just didn’t make it,” Hrayr said.
