The capital of Artsakh, Stepanakert, was shelled during the night between October 16-17.
Aravot Daily traveled around Stepanakert to survey the damage in the city.

The employees at the stores damaged on the first floor were already there in the morning surveying the damage, cleaning the area, and gathering their products.
In an interview with Aravot Daily, they said that they have not yet calculated the amount of damage done. However, it is important that there was no loss of human life, and they were able to prevent the worst scenarios.
