Violating the norms of international humanitarian law, the Azerbaijani Armed Forces have once again targeted Stepanakert, the capital city of Artsakh.
A car was burned and neighboring buildings and shops of economic significance were destroyed due to the shelling. The gas pipeline providing gas to the neighborhood was also damaged.
The firefighters of the Rescue Forces of the Artsakh State Emergency Situations Service are currently at the scene combatting the fire.
There are no human casualties.
