Address to all Armenians of the world!
Dear compatriots! Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (the Republic of Artsakh) was subjected to international terrorist military aggression headed by Azerbaijan and Turkey with support of Russian Federation and upon silent consent of the the whole world community.
Destructions of unprecedented scales, comparable to the worst wars in the history of humankind, burnt soil, flows of refuges and deaths of thousands and thousands of glorious peaceful citizens and defenders of the Motherland, destruction of cultural and religious monuments… 46 days of total destruction of the people by terrorist-aggressor states, of the people, which back in 1988 was the first to take the path of struggle for its independence and laid the foundations of collapse of the former Soviet Union, and these terrorist-aggressor states remain unpunished by the world community.
In a result of this silent observation of the crime against Armenians, against humanity, against morals and justice we have faced yet another unbelievable crime, namely the agreement between Putin-Aliyev and Pashinyan on ceasefire in Nagorno-Karabakh, which assumes introduction of Russian peacekeeping forces and handover of Artsakh lands to Azerbaijan. This is a flagrant act of vandalism against international law by the president of Russia, who behind the back of the world community entered into a deal with Turkish president Erdogan and president of Azerbaijan.

Armenians have faced with a real possibility of recurrence of the Genocide, as out lands are being taken by force and handed over to the enemy and meanwhile we are being deprived of the opportunity to defend ourselves! Unfortunately, Armenian prime minister Nikol Pashinyan and president of Artsakh Arayik Harutyunyan have betrayed the Armenian people, by having supported this agreement, which is unambiguously qualified as “Munich-2”. In this respect I call upon all Armenians to rise to feet and to demand from their governments to immediately recognize independence of self-proclaimed Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) as the only opportunity to save human lives!
To recognize Artsakh in accordance with the letter and the spirit of international law, as the people of Nagorno –Karabakh was subjected to physical and cultural extermination, and it is the duty of the world community to protect the people of Artsakh from further extermination meanwhile recognizing independence of Nagorno-Karabahk republic in the same way it recognized the independence of Kosovo.
The world community should unambiguously voice its non-acceptance of the Putin’s plan on introduction of peacekeeping forces into Artsakh and Armenia, as the one contradicting international law, and in this way to stand by the peoole of Artsakh in this hard time, when the fate of Artsakh is decided. To be or not to be?
