On November 13 Commander of the Defense Army of the Republic of Artsakh, LTG M.Arzumanyan received LTG R.Muradov, Commander of the RUS PK contingent that arrived in the NK conflict zone to monitor the ceasefire.

Issues related to the organization of the PK mission were discussed.
